Physiotherapy in North Vancouver for Lower Back
Sit on a ball with your feet and knees together. Breathe with your diaphragm and keep your inner unit activated.
Attach a therapy band attached to the right of the body at elbow height.
Grasp the band with both hands and rotate your torso to the left against the band resistance. Use your abdominals to create the movement and slowly return to neutral.
Breathe throughout the exercise.
Hold and repeat as advised by your physiotherapist.
