Physiotherapy in North Vancouver for Knee

Lay on the floor, perpendicular to a wall with your right leg extended up the wall. 

Allow the right knee to bend as your foot slides down the wall with gravity. 

Actively extend the knee by sliding the foot up the wall again.

Hold and repeat as advised by your Elite Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Centre physiotherapist.
