Physiotherapy in North Vancouver for Knee

Stand facing a step with your right firmly on the step.

Shift your weight forward onto your right leg as you contract your thigh muscles and climb the step.

Try to complete the movement using only your right leg muscles, while keeping your knee in line with your second toe.

Do not use momentum to complete the exercise.

Repeat as advised by your Elite Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Centre physiotherapist.
