Physiotherapy in North Vancouver for Elbow

Sit with your right forearm supported on a table, your elbow bent, palm facing downwards, and a resistance band held in tension between both hands.

While stabilizing the band with the left, turn your right forearm into a palm upwards position against resistance.

Return to the start position with control.

Repeat as advised by your physiotherapist.
