Physiotherapy in North Vancouver for Elbow
Sit tall with your head and neck erect and shoulders in neutral position.
Hold a hand weight or resistance band in your right hand with your elbow slightly bent.
Bend your elbow up towards your shoulder against resistance and lower back down with control while maintaining a slight bend in the elbow at the end.
Your shoulder and back should not move with this exercise.
Use resistance and repeat as advised by your physiotherapist.
